10. The Commissioner of Health and the Commissioner of Children and Families, as appropriate, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to carry out the provisions of this act. L.2014, c.9, s.10.
