26:8-40.9. Violation as disorderly conduct
Any employer violating any of the provisions of this act shall be adjudged a disorderly person and shall be proceeded against and punished pursuant to the provisions of the disorderly persons law. L.1942, c. 243, p. 664, s. 3.
