26:2A-5. Issuance; application; renewal
A license shall be issued to any person who has been conducting a blood bank prior to the effective date of this act upon submission of a properly completed application form and payment of an application fee of $25.00. Said license shall be renewable as provided in this act and shall be subject to all the provisions of this act. L.1963, c. 33, s. 4.
