26:2T-6 Definitions relative to hepatitis C.
2. As used in this act: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health. "HCV" means the hepatitis C virus. "Program" means the hepatitis C education, prevention, and screening program established pursuant to this act. L.2001, c.357, s.2; amended 2012, c.17, s.309.
