In addition to the environmental health laws that are enforced by a certified local health agency pursuant to section 7 of P.L.1977, c.443 (C.26:3A2-25), a certified local health agency may agree to enforce the provisions of P.L.2007, c.347 (C.13:1E-99.94 et seq.) as provided in section 17 of P.L.2007, c.347 (C.13:1E-99.110).
