27:25-19. Applicability of Contractual Liability Act
Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the "New Jersey Contractual Liability Act" (N.J.S. 59:13-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contract claims and suits against the corporation shall be governed by said act. L.1979, c. 150, s. 19, eff. July 17, 1979.
