27:25-5.2. Certificates; rules
The governing board of the corporation shall issue a certificate in card form to those retired railroad employees determined to be eligible pursuant to section 1 of this act. The corporation shall promulgate rules concerning the distribution and use of the certificate. L. 1986, c. 93, s. 2, eff. Nov. 1, 1986.
