27:5G-18. Prior tort, contractual liability
The issuance by the commissioner of a written order assigning jurisdiction over a railroad overhead bridge under the provisions of this act shall not relieve any party of any tort or contractual liability existing prior to the issuance of that order. L. 1988, c. 171, s. 14.
