27:27-4. Report to commission
Any authority or agency proposing a monorail project and not subject to approval pursuant to subsection a. of section 8 of this act shall report to the commission its intentions concerning the proposed project. L. 1985, c. 538, s. 9, eff. Jan. 21, 1986; per s.12, expired on January 21, 1991.
