27:5H-5. Rules, regulations
In accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the commission shall: a. Adopt any rules or regulations deemed necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act; and b. Conduct public hearings in carrying out its duties under subsections a. and b. of section 4 of this act.
