2A:42-96. Waiver of provisions of act
Any provision of a lease or other agreement whereby any provision of this act for the benefit of a tenant, resident or occupant of a dwelling is waived, shall be deemed against public policy and shall be void. L.1971, c. 224, s. 12, eff. June 21, 1971.
