2A:50-9. Judgment on bond not to open foreclosure and sale; right of redemption
The recovery of a judgment in an action pursuant to section 2A:50-8 shall not open the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged premises or result in any right of redemption. Amended by L.1979, c. 286, s. 8.
