2A:58A-5. Applicable law
The law to be applied in an action or other proceeding brought pursuant to this chapter, including what constitutes "pollution," is the law of this jurisdiction excluding choice of law rules. L.1983, c. 570, s. 1, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
