2A:84A-41. Rules not to abridge, enlarge or modify substantive rights or eliminate right of trial by jury
No rule adopted pursuant to this article shall abridge, enlarge or modify any substantive right or eliminate the right of trial by jury. L.1960, c. 52, p. 462, s. 41, eff. June 20, 1960.
