2. a. A person shall not sell or offer for sale a Yo-Yo Waterball. b. For the purposes of this act, "Yo-Yo Waterball" means a toy marketed and sold under the name of "Yo-Yo Waterball" and any similar fluid yo-yo toy that contains a rubber ball filled with liquid attached to a rubber cord. c. A law enforcement officer may confiscate a Yo-Yo Waterball that is sold or offered for sale in violation of this section. L.2007, c.224, s.2.
