2B:13-13. Clerk. The Supreme Court shall appoint to serve at its pleasure a Clerk and a Deputy Clerk of the Tax Court, neither of whom shall be subject to the provisions of Title 11A, Civil Service, of the New Jersey Statutes. L.1993,c.74,s.1.
