2B:20-12. Retention of records
All records concerning the granting of excuses from and deferrals of jury service, and all juror questionnaires, shall be retained for a period of three years. All other records relating to the summoning, impaneling and charging of jurors shall be retained for five years. Source: New L.1995,c.44,s.1.
