2B:22-5. Judicial supervision of State grand jury
The judge designated by the Chief Justice shall maintain judicial supervision over the grand jury. All indictments, presentments and formal returns of any kind made by a State grand jury shall be returned to the designated judge. Source:2A:73A-6 L.1995,c.44,s.1.
