2C:40-10. Construction requirements
No portable, oil-burning heating device shall be sold, offered for sale, or used in this State unless it is constructed with a low center of gravity and a minimum tipping angle of 33 degrees from the vertical with an empty reservoir. L.1983, c. 438, s. 5.
