7. a. All records maintained pursuant to P.L.2015, c.147 (C.2C:14-13 et al.) shall be confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or institution except as otherwise provided by law. b. A victim shall be provided with copies of all protective orders issued pursuant to P.L.2015, c.147 (C.2C:14-13 et al.) and other relevant documents upon request at no cost. L.2015, c.147, s.7.
