30:13-15. Rules, regulations
The Commissioner of Health shall, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1990,c.36,s.4.
