30:4-24.5. Study of management and handling of moneys; regulations
The commissioner shall, in consultation with the State Auditor, conduct a detailed study of the management and handling of the moneys described in section 1 of this act and shall adopt regulations to improve present systems and procedures where appropriate. L.1983, c. 223, s. 2, eff. June 27, 1983.
