30:4D-30. Maximum allowable cost per prescription drug; procedure to set and review on continuing basis
Within 6 months from the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall establish a procedure for setting and reviewing on a continuing basis the maximum allowable cost per prescription drug under the program. L.1978, c. 171, s. 7.
