30:4D-41. Rules, regulations
The Commissioner of Human Services shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L. 1987, c. 298, s. 6.
