30:4G-12. Rules, regulations
The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 307, s. 12; per s.14 as amended by 1985, c.524, s.8, expired January 21, 1988.
