30:8-16.12. Rules and regulations
The commissioner, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), may promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1981, c. 498, s. 10, eff. Jan. 12, 1982.
