30:8-50. Diminution of term
Under regulations of the Department of Institutions and Agencies, he may be granted a diminution of not more than 1/4 of his term if his conduct, diligence and general attitude merit such diminution. L.1968, c. 372, s. 7, eff. Dec. 27, 1968.
