30:8-60. Rules and regulations
The Department of Corrections shall after notice and hearing promulgate, pursuant to law, such rules and regulations it may deem necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1979, c. 472, s. 4, eff. Feb. 27, 1980.
