30:4E-11. Criteria for determining eligibility
a. The commissioner shall establish criteria for determining medical and financial eligibility, including provisions for submission of proof of income, resources and health insurance, and a system of providing services to eligible persons. b. The commissioner shall establish resource limits and co-payment schedules to ensure that the expenditures for the program are within the limits of the funds appropriated for the purposes of this act.
