30:6D-32.7 Definitions relative to services for persons with developmental disabilities.
2. As used in this act: "Department" means the Department of Human Services. "Division" means the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Department of Human Services. "Eligible person with a developmental disability" or "eligible person" means an eligible person with a developmental disability as defined in section 3 of P.L.1985, c.145 (C.30:6D-25). "Services" means services as defined in section 3 of P.L.1985, c.145 (C.30:6D-25). L.2011, c.163, s.2.
