30:9-12.28. Investigation of patients' financial circumstances by county welfare board
The board of managers may designate the county welfare board to investigate the patients' financial circumstances or of those legally responsible for said patients' maintenance. L.1966, c. 178, s. 7, eff. June 18, 1966.
