32:1-154.2f. Effective date
6. This act shall take effect upon the enactment into law by the State of New York of legislation having an identical effect with section 1 of this act, but if the State of New York shall have already enacted such legislation, this act shall take effect immediately.L.1996,c.98,s.6.
