32:18-20. Vacancies among New Jersey commissioners
If by death, resignation or otherwise, a vacancy occurs among those appointed hereunder by the state of New Jersey, the governor of the state of New Jersey is hereby authorized to fill the same. L.1935, c. 321, s. 4, p. 1053.
