32:22B-4. Commission as interstate body, corporate and politic, serving as common agency
The commission shall be an interstate body, both corporate and politic serving as a common agency of the party States and representing them both collectively and individually in the exercise of its powers and duties. L.1965, c. 12, s. 1.
