32:3-13.41. Effective date
This act shall take effect upon the enactment into law by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of legislation having a substantial similar effect as this act but if the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall have already enacted such legislation, this act shall take effect immediately. L.1962, c. 2, s. 7.
