32:3-13.39. Cumulative nature of powers vested in Port Authority
The powers vested in the Delaware River Port Authority by this act shall be construed as being in addition to and not in diminution of the powers heretofore vested by law in the Delaware River Port Authority and the Delaware River Joint Commission. L.1962, c. 2, s. 5.
