33:1-12.20a. Licenses contingent on completion of construction; rights of holder
Nothing in this act shall affect the right of the holder of any license issued or approved for issuance, contingent on completion of construction for a hotel or motel premises to use and to renew such license. L.1968, c. 359, s. 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
