34:11-24.2. Penalty for violation
Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be liable to a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00), to be recovered by and in the name of the Department of Labor and Industry for the use of the State. L.1952, c. 147, p. 506, s. 2.
