34:11-56a26. Protection of right to collective bargaining
Nothing in this act shall be deemed to interfere with, impede, or in any way diminish the right of employees to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing in order to establish wages in excess of the applicable minima under this act. L.1966, c. 113, s. 27.
