34:15-120.13. Exhaustion of remedies
The Commissioner of Labor shall, on behalf of the "uninsured employer's fund," exhaust all remedies at law against the uninsured delinquent employer of the claimant to collect the amount of any award to the claimant paid by the fund. P.L. 1988, c. 25, s. 11.
