34:13A-8.2. Filed contracts in public employment
The commission shall collect and maintain a current file of filed contracts in public employment. Public employers shall file with the commission a copy of any contracts it has negotiated with public employee representatives following the consummation of negotiations. L.1968, c. 303, s. 11.
