36:2-19. Observance of "Vietnam Veterans' Remembrance Day"
The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation designating May 7th as "Vietnam Veterans' Remembrance Day" and with the Legislature call upon the citizens of this State to recognize this day with appropriate observances. L.1991,c.100,s.2.
