38A:23-2 Application for admission to veterans' facility.

38A:23-2. All applications for admission to a veterans' facility shall be made to, and in the manner and form prescribed by, the commissioner. The applicant shall provide a statement that the applicant will accept placement in the facility designated by the commissioner and will abide by the rules, regulations, and discipline of the facility to which the applicant is admitted.
