38A:13-5. Payment of claims
The amount found by the Adjutant General to be due a member or his dependent family shall be paid by the State in the same manner as other State payments are made. L.1963, c. 109. Amended by L.1984, c. 181, s. 30, eff. Nov. 14, 1984.
