39:2-9.7. State Agency Transfer Act; application to act
All of the provisions of this act, except as otherwise provided herein, shall be carried out in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L. 1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1983, c. 403, s. 44, eff. Dec. 23, 1983.
