7. Nothing in P.L.2025, c.347 (C.39:4-215.1 et seq.) shall be construed to limit, define, modify, or to otherwise impair or diminish the Attorney General’s existing authority under section 1 of P.L.1950, c.70 (C.39:4-213) or any other State or federal law or regulation relating to the management or control of vehicular traffic.
