39:5F-18. Bylaws
The board shall adopt bylaws, not inconsistent with the provisions of this compact or the laws of a party jurisdiction, for the conduct of its business and shall have the power to amend and rescind its bylaws. L.1983, c. 46, s. 18, eff. Jan. 28, 1983.
