8. If a manufactured home is sold or otherwise disposed of pursuant to P.L.1999, c.340 (C.2A:18-72 et al.), the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall issue, upon proof of purchase, a certificate of ownership to the purchaser, with no encumbrances listed thereon. L.1999,c.340,s.8.
