39:2-9.4. Qualifications of appointee
Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 53:1-9, the Superintendent of the Division of State Police may establish the qualifications of a person appointed to the State Police under this act. L.1983, c. 403, s. 4, eff. Dec. 23, 1983.
