39:4-134. Report of death to director
Every county prosecutor, county medical examiner, or other official performing like functions shall make a report to the director with respect to a death found to have been the result of a motor vehicle accident. Amended by L.1951, c. 23, p. 99, s. 74; L.1971, c. 2, s. 17, eff. Jan. 15, 1971.
